Simple privacy information for Maintenance & Fitter Log.
Account data
If you create an account, we store your email address, a secure password hash and account timestamps needed to provide access.
Payment data
Stripe handles payment-card details. Maintenance & Fitter Log stores Stripe customer/subscription identifiers and subscription status needed to determine access. We do not store full payment-card details.
Maintenance data
Vehicle details, inspections, defects, repair notes, parts/costs, fitter names and optional before/after photos are stored locally on your device/browser in this version. They are not uploaded to the account service.
Photos, permissions and advertising
You can optionally choose or capture before/after repair photos using your device picker/camera flow. The app does not use an advertising SDK. Internet access is used for sign-in and access verification.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from the account deletion page. A linked Stripe subscription/customer is cancelled/deleted first so it cannot renew. Locally stored maintenance records are separate from the account service.
